No. We're month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

It's rare, but if your employee isn't the right fit, we'll stop billing you until we find a better one. And if a great employee ever moves on, we'll train their replacement to be just as good or better. If you're still not 100% happy by day 90, we refund their entire salary.
